Q: Do the freestanding items need to be fixed to the floor?
A: Not at all! All floorstanding items can be placed anywhere and there is no need for fixings - so it's perfect if you don't want to drill into your walls!

Q: Do the wall-fixed products come with screws/fixings?
A: Absolutely! Any products that you fix to the wall will come with screws, wall plugs and an allen key to secure the item to the wall fixing.

Q: Can I put these on any wall?
A: Yes! But make sure you check which fixings you need for your particular wall as you may need specialist fixings for certain wall types. The included fixings will suit a solid wall attachment.

Q: How do I clean my accessories?
A: Easy! With a soft dry cloth. If you need to clean off any dirt, use a damp soft cloth and dry straight after, with a dry soft cloth. Never use any cleaning products or harsh chemicals as these can react with the construction material.
